So here it is!!Completed my 3 months summer internship at EY I hereby want to share my experience with all of you.Reflecting on my enriching summer internship at EY, I can't help but marvel at how quickly my perceptions evolved.Initially, I held a belief that directors and associate directors were inaccessible due to their demanding roles. However, my experience shattered this misconception within days of starting. I discovered that these leaders not only welcomed questions and interactions but were remarkably approachable and humble, far beyond what I had imagined. So yes, organisation culture and people are not mere subjects to be taught in management schools, they are felt in real. During the internship period, I worked on the project titled, GST Input Credit and was assigned to the CBS-FIN -CONTROLLING-GENERAL ACCOUNTING function in Operations. This experience wasn't just about learning technical skills; it was a journey of personal and professional growth.EY provided me with invaluable insights into corporate life, teaching me how to walk the talk. What stood out to me most about EY is its commitment to "Building a Better Working World." This isn't just a tagline but a philosophy that permeates every aspect of the organization. From the comprehensive facilities offered to employees to the innovative approach of their Human Resources department, known as Talent Acquisition, EY truly prioritizes its people.I am incredibly grateful to my mentors Swati Mediratta, Rajan Rai and my fellow interns Kunika Yadav Chaitanya Arora Shreyash Jha Thank you, EY, for this transformative experience. I look forward to applying the lessons learned here as I continue to pursue my career aspiration.FOSTIIMA Business School #EY #InternshipExperience #BuildingABetterWorkingWorld #Gratitude
