Horrible! There was only one stylist and she was really out to lunch! She asked all of us three times if we had checked in online. After half an hour , i left. Add to the fact that Great Clips web sight bites well this location sucks it big time. Avoid them, unless you like wasting your time on someone who should not be working with the public!

Cane to the Parleys shop in SLC. Electric sign said "Open" and and the door was open, one person only was waiting and it was at iwast 20 minutes before sceduled closing. "No more haircuts" I wad told (and not particularly pkeasantly for that matter). So, please, dont say 'open' if you are not. And this in the holiday season when time is tight. Ended up finding soneone in town who was happy to accomidate (at Trolley Square). Never to try tgat shop sgain.

Hairstylist cut my bangs way shorter than I asked. The bangs are also very uneven and choppy. Now I have to deal with this really short, badly cut hair until it grows out. Definitely never going here again.
