I have been to many Great Clips locations for myself and for my children and have always had great experiences. Sadly this was not one of them. I was refused service for my daughter after waiting 45 minutes in the queue online because they were close to closing. When we got there the person who checked us in didn't say anything about restricted services after certain hours. My first clue should have been the lack of a warm greeting when we arrived. The whole environment felt very cold and unfriendly. My daughter's night was ruined because she was looking forward to getting a haircut and a conditioning treatment. When somebody called me to apologize I asked what the policy was and she said there is no written policy anywhere. She proceeded to tell me reasons why this whole experience was my fault. In short my whole experience with this location was terrible. They made my little girl cry and when she called to supposedly try to fix it all she did was interrupt me and place blame.

I went in without an appointment and got it really quick. My hairstylist was nice and good. She made sure to make sure I liked how she cut it. It was amazing and I will go again.

I had a horrible experience here, not to mention a terrible haircut!! It was my first time ever going to Great Clips and i was i extremely disappointed!! I do not recommend going here. Here's what happened:

A tall red headed girl, who's name i unfortunately didn't get, was my stylist and she was an absolute BRAT. I asked for an A-line bob, which she was quick to tell me, with attitude, that wasn't a thing... so i said just an A-line cut. After she used a razor to cut my dry hair, she showed me what the back looked like with a mirror and it looked really bad so i asked if she could blend it a little more, which she replied "it is blended". After that i wasn't sure what to do because it looked awful. So i asked her to make the front a little shorter (to try and even it out) and she said "well that's a bob, so you want a bob, not an a-line". I really didn't appreciate how rude she was! She was a jerk! It wasn't until i got home and was looking at my hair that i noticed how uneven it was! Do not go here...

I frequently get my hair cut at this location.

Friendly staff and great cuts. Usually never have to wait more than 10 minutes even when its really busy.

Not as fancy as some other places I've gotten my hair cut at, but it does the trick.

Should I get layers in my hair? ›
