Wow. Ive been there before and have some reaervations, but tonight i was in a pinch. Its been hard to find salons that are good with dipping powder. I called around 10am and made an appointment for 6pmUpon arrival there was a board over the window as it looks like they had a break in and glass was at the window in piles... 1st red flag.Also , there was double the amount of clients than employees.. 2nd red flag.I told them i had an appointment at 6pm (i arrived at 550). She said it would be about :30.....3rd red flagAfter my wait, one lady told the gentleman that i had an appointment...4th... 5th.. 6th.. FLAG! PLAY ON THE FIELD.I guess he was ready to go and they had FULL SCREAMING MATCH... IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS.Im totally ok with them speaking their native tounge, whatever makes it easy but it is already is a hard sounding language and you wanna yell??He swept his station, grabbed his lunch bag and BOUNCED.AND HE WAS THE OWNER!!!The poor lady, who did her fair share of yelling apologized and asked of i wanted to reschedule. I gracefully declined and found another place down the street who did a great job even though they were closing she took me.Now im hime havung a glass of wine trying to decompress. Lordt!!! Worst nail salon experience in a long time. First of all, they do not use any lining for the pedicure tubs meaning your feet sit in everyone else's left over germs. The person doing my pedicure hardly cleaned any cutiles, skipped the bottom coat for the polish and apparently forgot how to file nails straight. The cherry on the cake was when she used the same buffer on me that she had just finished scrubbing the heal of the lady next to me with. Utterly unsanitary. Read Less

Let me starts by saying I in no way have nice feet. I got a gift certificate for Christmas from my husband to get a Mani/ pedi. He was told a 50$ gift card would be enough. Well it wasn't not even close. I was in the chair by 10:10 and understand the drying lights by 10:40. 30 minutes and I was charged nearly 40 dollars and the result wasn't even half assed. Both of my thumb nails broke off within 2 days. Then went my pointer finger nail followed by my middle finger. None of us got what I asked for I felt pressured to buy the gel after I said no three times to the nail tech and told the receptionist no before being sat down, the polish isn't even covering my full nail, my nails are not the shape I asked for and I even showed a picture of how I wanted them. Don't waste your time here. The service is not only terrible and the work is sloppy but it took me 2 hours do get a manicure and pedicure. Their polishes are cheap and outdated nor do they have any OPI or Essie options. The man who did my nails was rude and kept going outside to smoke a cigarette while he let my fingers dipped in acetone. He trimmed my cuticles but felt like he was ripping my skin out rather than the actual cuticle. I would NEVER go back. Read Less

This place is garbage. The first time I went, I asked if I could be finished by 11:30 (it was 10) because I had an appointment an noon. They assured me that wouldn't be a problem They had one person start me then I was sitting there for about 20 minutes while they called someone else to come in to finish because the person who started had an appointment come in. I would have returned later if they were just upfront. Needless to say, I was very late. They did a good job on the actual nails so I came back today. I want to cry that I have to have these sloppy ugly nails for 2 weeks. They looks stubby, round, the polish is so uneven and thick, and I feel like I just lit 40 dollars on fire - plus I don't have time to go get them taken off and done somewhere else. The guy doing my nails kept stopping to comment on the price is right. I also wouldn't care at all about him taking a phone call, but when he did take a FaceTime call he would stop working and just hold my hand while he was talking. It made me super uncomfortable. I'm so disappointed and won't be giving them a third chance. Read Less

She did acrylic over my natural nail and they look natural! I couldn't be happier. She has gained a new biweekly client!!!!I highly recommend Jill for your manis!!!!! She's gentle and did not cut me at all!!!!!! She removed my previous acrylic with acetone instead of drilling down my nail!!!
