Dr. Nicole Arcy, one of the fan-favorite veterinarians on the popular reality TV show The Incredible Dr. Pol, has been absent from the latest season premiere of the show. Many viewers have been wondering if she is leaving the show for good, and what are the reasons behind her departure.

She loves all animals and believes that all animals, great and small, deserve good, quality medicine. ”
They also shared some details about her personal life, such as her pets and hobbies.
“At her hobby farm, she has dogs, cats, and chickens. In her free time, Dr. Arcy enjoys hiking, gardening, and photography. Dr. Arcy is also a proud new mom to her son, Noah.”
The post received many congratulatory comments from the clinic’s clients and fans of Dr. Nicole Arcy. However, some were also quick to realize that her time at Pol Veterinary Services had come to an end since she accepted a job offer from Clare Animal Hospital. They wrote comments such as:

Dr. Nicole Arcy’s Relationship with The Incredible Dr. Pol Cast Member
Dr. Nicole Arcy is one of the later additions to The Incredible Dr. Pol. The show follows the adventures of Dr. Jan Pol and his team of animal doctors as they treat farm animals and pets in rural Michigan. Dr. Nicole joined the show in 2019 and quickly became a fan favorite for her skills, compassion, and enthusiasm.
Dr. Nicole has always loved animals and dreamed of becoming a vet since she was a child. She graduated from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 and moved to Weidman, Michigan, to work at Pol Veterinary Services. There, she met Dr. Pol, his wife Diane, his son Charles, and his fellow vets Dr. Brenda Grettenberger and Dr. Emily Thomas.

Dr. Nicole also formed a close bond with Dr. Brenda, who has been working with Dr. Pol since 1992. Dr. Nicole admired Dr. Brenda and called the trio of Dr. Pol, Dr. Brenda, and herself the “Dream Team” on her Instagram account. Dr. Nicole also developed a friendship with Dr. Emily, who left the show in 2019 to move to Virginia with her family.
Dr. Nicole also had a special relationship with Diane Pol, whom she affectionately called “Oma”, which means “grandma” in Dutch. Dr. Nicole wished Diane a happy birthday on her Facebook page in February 2024, writing: “Happy birthday Oma.”
